The people we bought our modular home… read more from finally installed our home (1 year after it was supposed to be installed) and Mike and crew have been very helpful, courteous and going way above and beyond assisting us with stubbing out the septic system for the house to be put in (original home was demolished due to major damage from storms) and marking exactly where the tank is so the people delivering and installing the house didn’t drive over the septic tank and destroy it. They are always checking on us and seeing if they can help us in any way!! But once I met the owner, Mike, I understood why. He is a very professional person and has taken the time to study the science behind a good septic system. He asked about products that we used and routines that we had developed to see if he could help extend the life of our existing system. He offered multiple solutions to try to help our system. When we decided our system was too far gone, he still found a way to save us money. It was a quick fix and they were very helpful with tips on how to prevent this damage again and repaired it at no cost. The owner is an honest man and so once again, I highly recommended them. I had the awful luck of having a company break the piping and lid in my septic tank. They kept it to themselves. All I needed was a minor repair and yet everyone just wanted to milk me for a new septic system. Browsing Facebook, I saw a video they had posted exactly of the repair I needed. They were reasonable in price and quick to come and repair it. They were honest and no BS. I highly recommended them for everything! I want no one else messing with my system and when time comes in the next five years they will be the company I hire for the replacement.
