It was a quick fix and they were very helpful with tips on how to prevent this damage again and repaired it at no cost. The owner is an honest man and so once again, I highly recommended them. I had the awful luck of having a company break the piping and lid in my septic tank. They kept it to themselves. All I needed was a minor repair and yet everyone just wanted to milk me for a new septic system. Browsing Facebook, I saw a video they had posted exactly of the repair I needed. They were reasonable in price and quick to come and repair it. They were honest and no BS. I highly recommended them for everything! I want no one else messing with my system and when time comes in the next five years they will be the company I hire for the replacement.

Their office administrator, Kristin, was great to work with as well. She kept us updated and answered questions, and was there every step of the way to ensure we were aware of the steps throughout the process. The company was great to work with. The employees were all very friendly and did a great job of replacing our 39 year old concrete septic tanks. They just finished… read more the last step which was spreading grass seed over the whole area they worked in and covering the seed with hay to help prevent the seed from being washed away in the rain. The job was well done, took one day for the actual replacement and the disconnect time (time that we couldn’t use our facilities) was only about an hour. I was very pleased. The only negative was the language some of the employees used. As a Christian I heard foul language through the window they stood in front of, which happened to be my office and I was working on my computer on the other side of the window. I can forgive that, though, and give them five stars, a big “thumbs up” and a huge “Thank You!” for being so good!
