Knowing very little about septic with a horrible experience with unprofessional, inexperienced, Ramage company service inspection when purchasing my home 6 years ago, and having a home warranty company unable to provide a vendor for my septic coverage, but able to provide all kinds of hoops to jump through when you have to find your own vendor. I was able to find this fantastic locally owned company. Unable to find any horrible reviews and seeing other companies backlogged due to inability to find employees to keep. One call to Elliott and my worries were taken away. I was listened to, educated, informed, and immediately provided a quote for my home warranty company. Once approved and scheduled Henry/Hank was here with a smile in the heat of summer and horrible humidity to do the “dirty work” not only to try and get the job done and on to the next, like we are all used to around here. But to happily take his time to answer any and every weird question and or scenario I threw at him. I truly appreciate the honesty, patience, time spent, professionalism, and service provided from this outstanding company.
